I have tested many air fryers, but the Cosori dual basket is the one we use in our kitchen at home and I have compiled a list of accessories that I have tested that go well with this model of air fryer and comfortably fit its drawers.
You can access them all via an Amazon list, but below I will talk you through each one and explain how I use them so that you can work out whether they are likely to have a practical application in your kitchen.

Meat thermometer
Cooking in an air fryer takes a bit of getting used to and one gadget that makes it a much smoother transition is a meat thermometer. This simple tool takes all the guesswork out of whether meat is cooked and you’ll find once you start using it with your air fryer you’ll also be using it for other methods of going in your kitchen too. I wouldn’t be without one!
Silicone tongs
Maybe you already have tongs in your kitchen, but don’t think of putting them anywhere near your air fryer unless they are silicone-tipped. The non-stick coating of the crisper tray and drawers can be damaged by metal tongs so a pair (or a set) of tongs are well worth the investment!
Oil sprayer
To get your food crispy in an air fryer you will nearly always have to add a little bit of oil. You can do this with a silicone brush, but I prefer to do it with an oil sprayer, but don;t be tempted to buy the pre-filled ones you can get, some of these contain propellants that can harm the non-stick surface of your air fryer. Instead buy an empty spray bottle and fill it with an oil of your choice.

Paper air fryer liners
There is a lot of debate about air fryer liners. I’m personally not a fan of silicone for many reasons (too long to go in to here, but you can find out more in the video below) and when I do use them I prefer these perforated paper ones which still allow the air to circulate but contain the bulk of the mess

Non-stick square cake tin set
These are one of my favourite dishes for the air fryer. They are big enough to be useful, but not so large that you struggle to get them out of the drawer when they are hot! I use them for flapjacks, cakes, bread and wet dishes.

Ramekin dishes
I love a ramekin dish! Perfect for individual puddings (I like a molten chocolate pudding personally!), pastry-free mini quiches, Yorkshire puddings or for poaching eggs
Aluminium foil containers
Really useful for batch cooking sweet or savoury dishes. We often have a glut of cooking apples in the autumn so I use these to make up a load of apple crumbles for the freezer which can then go in the air fryer. You can usually get more than one use out of these if you grease and wash them up.

1lb loaf tins
If you want to make loaf cakes these tins will comfortably fit inside your air fryer drawers. Great for banana bread or lemon drizzle cake!
